Job Description
Applications to pick and pack cherries with Reid Fruits are now open for the 2024/25 season. Earn a competitive wage with one of the longest picking seasons in Tasmania, starting from early December through to early February. If you live in Tasmania or on a working holiday you should consider applying to participate in the annual fruit harvest at Reid Fruits.
Reid Fruits has multiple orchards across Southern Tasmania. The main orchard is located in the Derwent Valley at Plenty (45 minutes North West of Hobart). Our orchard at Jericho (1 hour North of Hobart) is the last to harvest and this is where pickers move to upon completion of harvest at Plenty.
In the Huon Valley we have two orchards located at Lucaston and Castle Forbes Bay with most of the crop being harvested from Castle Forbes Bay (45 minutes South of Hobart).
