Position: Head Housekeeper
Location: Lake Fyans Holiday Park
Reports to: Park Manager

Job Summary: As the Head Housekeeper at Lake Fyans Holiday Park, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of park cabins, amenities blocks, and communal areas. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, assigning duties, providing training, and offering continuous support to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning assignments are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Utilize RMS daily to plan and prepare cleaning schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry & linen rooms, chemical supplies, cleaning vans, and guest supplies.
• Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities.
• Address maintenance issues promptly and report urgent repairs to maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to housekeeping systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with office staff to address customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new staff and provide constructive feedback as needed.
• Lead recruitment efforts to onboard new personnel.
• Provide daily briefings to management and handle out-of-hours calls when necessary.
• Step in for management on their days off to ensure continuity of operations.
