Job Description
Seeking a Full Time Qualified Butcher and assistant to work at a Butcher shop
Key Responsibilities:
- cut, trim and prepare a wide range of meat cuts
- process carcasses into primary and secondary cuts
- pack and display products for sale
- Operate mincers, grinders, mixers and bandsaws
- Prepare marinated meats, value-added and ready to cook dishes
- Engage with customers answer their questions-
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assistant payrate $30.68, Qualified Butcher payrate negotiate based on experience
Monday to Friday 38 hours , 7am starting
