About the Role:
Join a dynamic team where no two days are the same! You’ll play a crucial role in the erection and dismantling of scaffolding, contributing to the success of various construction projects. We’ll provide you with industry-standard training, ensuring you meet all Australian scaffolding regulations and safety standards.

What You’ll Need:
Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
A Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced High-Risk Work Scaffolding License (training provided if needed).
A White Card and valid Driver's License with reliable transport.
A safety-conscious mindset and pride in delivering high-quality work.
Physical fitness and a can-do attitude.
Willingness to travel to regional areas as required (Tamworth, Port Macquarie, Forster, Coffs Harbour).

Candidates with the following qualifications are highly regarded and desirable

Dual-ticketed candidates (Scaffolding and Rigging)
2+ Years of Scaffolding/Yardsperson Experience
Unrestricted MR/HR Drivers Licence
Confidence Driving a Manual Vehicle
Construction White Card
Forklift Ticket (Desirable)
Scaffolding Ticket (Basic/Intermediate/Advanced)
Current Working at Heights Ticket
Physically Fit (Manual Labour)
Flexible with Start & Finish Times
Strong Attention to Detail
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
