Shoal Bay Country Club is in an idyllic location in Port Stephens NSW. If you are looking for a summer gig working in one of our 4 kitchens including, bistro, cafe, Greek restaurant, or functions kitchens we would love to hear from you.
Experience in fast paced high volume kitchens is essential.
You will need your own accommodation.
We would love to hear from you if you are planning on being in the Port Stephens area for the summer.
