Job Description
We are looking for someone with the relevant experience to manage a dining room on dinner service. The menu is a share plate menu so each plate they order will need to be called one at a time. They must be able to handle pressure and be able to clear plates efficiently allowing diners to enjoy the food but also to communicate with the kitchen so that food is not left waiting too long. Understand POS system. Great customer service skills and be friendly and warm. Must have their RSA and be able to serve in the appropriate manner wine, beer and cocktails. Some light cleaning duties are required and must be physically fit to pack up chairs, tables.
