Farm Work - Mornington Peninsula

We are a family with 4 children living on a small cattle farm on the Mornington Peninsula. We live off the grid and have solar power and batteries and generally farm in a natural way. We are looking for 1 or 2 people to work for a few weeks to assist get the spring jobs completed around the farm and the house.

The work which you can assist with includes:
- Firewood collection / processing using chainsaw and wood splitter
- Lawn Mowing
- Gardening
- Weeding
- Project work building / landscaping (under supervision)

You need to be fairly handy and practical with the ability to use farm machinery and tools. Not afraid of physical labour and a self starter.
We offer a self contained unit with its own kitchen and bathroom.

Work is generally part time in return for accommodation and/or payment can be arranged for additional hours beyond those covering accommodation. Other hours can be used to explore the area which is very beautiful with many walks, national parks and beaches. Looking for a few weeks/months of assistance for the right person.
Own transport/car is preferred as there is limited public transport available
