Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a confident and reliable sales associate to support the store manager with the daily business operations.

To be considered for the advertised position you should have Strong leadership and decision-making skills be able to
demonstrate an excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Roles and responsibilities Retail Sales Associate:

Assisting the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, customer service and merchandising.
Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.
Recruiting, training and supervising employees.
Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels.
Assisting with the development of new sales and recruitment strategies.
Ensuring the store environment is welcoming and creates a pleasurable experience for the customer.
Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front.
Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.

Retail Sales Associate Requirements:

Previous retail management experience is preferred but not essential
Cash Handling experience
Banking
Eftpos
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
Good math skills.
Attention to detail.

You will be paid weekly, every Monday, and will be paid the current award rate plus superannuation .

All uniforms will be supplied along with great staff discounts and bonuses. Position is available now

you will be required to work 20-25hrs p/week on a rotating roster (Monday-Saturday), which will provide you with a. great work/life Balance
