The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Parts and Logistics Coordinator to manage our inventory, oversee shipping and receiving, and ensure the smooth flow of parts and materials. This role is essential to maintaining our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Parts Management: Maintain inventory levels, reorder parts, and ensure they are stored and organised efficiently.
Logistics Coordination: Oversee freight, arrange transportation, and ensure timely delivery and pickup of parts and equipment.
Operational Support: Assist with general workshop tasks, including packing and shipping, and ensuring workspace cleanliness.
Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with vendors to source parts at the best terms and manage supplier relationships.
Reporting: Track parts orders and logistics, keeping accurate records and providing regular updates to management.
