About the role
We need an organised and people-focused person to assist us with our Human Resources administration.  You will be working alongside our supportive Human Resources team as we collectively work on getting through this busy time together.  In particular, you will be focused on:
assisting with administration of our Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) Scheme including:
preparing documentation to submit in PALM portal
working with international labour sending units to collate documentation
manage documents of incoming workers
assisting with coordinating the recruitment process
registering and managing worker database and records
ensuring records are maintained to meet employee, organisational and statutory requirements
other adhoc administrative tasks to assist the team
You won't be doing this alone! You're a part of team with lots support. We are looking for a go-getter to jump in and help wherever its needed!

We anticipate the need for full time hours (Monday to Friday) for a minimum of 8 weeks. 
  
About you
There are a couple of essential requirements to be successful in this position
You must have great computer skills, especially with Microsoft Teams and Excel (basic data entry)
You need excellent communication skills, the ability to confidently pick up the phone and communicate with anyone
You must be able to maintain strict confidentiality, as we're working with sensitive personal information
You need to enjoy working with people
You must have an approach that's sensitive to the needs of individuals
