Responsibilities
- Provide administration, coordination & sales support to all business key stakeholders
- Answer inbound calls from Partners and Business Managers across Australia related to any sales-related opportunity that requires follow-up/ investigation/ escalation
- Make outbound calls to provide support to customers/ Partners/ Business Managers
- Monitor various inboxes, and support channels along with case management
- Monitor & respond to emails
- Troubleshoot client issues and provide solutions
- Provide support with reporting requirements
- Update the internal database with client information
- Respond to queries in an accurate manner ensuring systems are updated accordingly
- Forward incoming leads to sales representatives
- Create cases for customers/ Business Managers/ Partners and ensure actions are taken when required to resolve queries
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers and provide updates where required
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the operations team as required
- Adhere to SLAs as directed by the Sales Support Team Lead and CCM
- Ad Hoc tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will require the following:
- Decisive and able to solve problems with high attention to detail.
- Experience in customer/client/sales/ sales support and administrative roles working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- An active listener with the ability to dissect client needs and provide appropriate responses and solutions
- Passionate, engaging, and friendly person with a customer/client focus
- Be proactive, enthusiastic & driven
- Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Goal-oriented with the ability to accept feedback for development
- An organised multitasker
