We are looking for a Bar superstar that is a true allrounder. We have a beautiful mixed business with Bar, Cafe, Events and much more. So if you are looking for a fun adventure and want to explore the Australian coast, this may be the perfect gig for you.
We can not extend the 471 visa unfortunately for hospitality in NSW.

Seaside accommodation is available for this position.

Florabel’s vibrant premises has a unique feel, operating as a popular café and nightime hotspot in Summer. The café is a super popular venue and has built a following with the local community and travellers alike. We are currently building up our evening and want the right person to join our team and with their knowledge and experience help really bring the bar to life!
Attention to details is a must for this role to uphold the high standards this venue has.

Position Responsibilities
Bar and Cafe/Kitchen allrounder
Bar, customer service and kitchen skills/knowledge is what this role will require. Barista experience is also desirable, but will to train the right candidate.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
 Understanding of all operations of bar, along with cocktail making
 Understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation necessary
 Strong work ethics, the ability to work independently/great team player
 Work efficiently under pressure, keeping good team moral, and clear communication

Qualifications and Experience
 Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
 Current NSW RSA (and a thorough understanding of this legislation)
