We are a national online travel specialist with Student Partners across Australia. Our mission is to provide exceptional travel experiences tailored to students, making their adventures as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Student Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, have a solid understanding of Australia’s diverse destinations, and possess excellent sales skills. This role involves traveling to various student locations in Melbourne to provide travel information and assist with booking arrangements. A commitment to a 6-month term is required.

Responsibilities:
- Travel to different student locations across Melbourne to engage with students and provide travel information.
- Assist students in planning and booking their travel arrangements.
- Promote travel packages and services tailored to student needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and student organisations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any travel-related inquiries or concerns.
Stay updated on travel trends and opportunities relevant to students.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian travel destinations and student needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second language (German or Spanish) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Melbourne
- Ability to commit to a 6-month contract.
