JUMP INTO A GREAT OPPORTUNITY

An opportunity is available for a Customer Specialist to join our team in Kunda Park, QLD.

This role is a casual position working approximately 30-35 hours per week from now until Christmas with some flexibility on what those hours are.

In the role you will;

- Build rapport and manage communication with customers over the phone, face to face, through online chat and email.
- Sell and process sales for new products, spare parts and services
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and accurately
- Listen and establish customer needs and tirelessly create raving fans from your customer interactions

What you will have:

- Previously demonstrated customer service and sales experience across a variety of channels
- A highly engaging, confident and enthusiastic communication style
- Great technology skills
- Tenacity which you’ll use daily to deliver or exceed goals and serve our customers
