Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar/Front of House Service Person with a strong bar focus to join our busy team. As the face of the Daylesford Hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well looked after, while also showcasing your skills behind the bar. This role includes greeting and seating guests, mixing cocktails, pouring beers, and delivering food and beverage service that complements the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the pub.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer service
Pour beers, mix cocktails, and serve a variety of beverages with confidence
Ensure the bar and front of house areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented
Answer guest inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Assist with setting up and packing down for events, ensuring smooth operation

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a front of house or bar service role is essential
Strong cocktail-making skills and confidence pouring beers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy service times
Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for hospitality
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required
Experience working in a pub or bar setting is highly regarded
