Job Description:

As a Temporary Fence Installation Technician at Victorian Temporary Fencing, you will be an integral part of our operations team, responsible for the efficient and safe installation and removal of temporary fencing at various job sites. We are seeking individuals with physical strength, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety to fill this essential role.

Key Responsibilities:

Fencing Installation:

- Safely and efficiently install and remove temporary fencing at construction sites, events, and other locations.

- Ensure that the fencing is securely positioned, stable, and meets all safety standards.

Loading and Unloading:

- Load and unload fencing materials onto trucks and trailers.

- Verify that materials are securely positioned for transportation to and from job sites.

- Assist with inventory management and keep track of fencing materials.

Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

- Use personal protective equipment including gloves, steel capped boots and safety vests.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with fellow team members to coordinate installation and removal tasks efficiently.

- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

- Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy fencing materials.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the safety and quality of installations.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Excellent communication skills and a cooperative attitude within a team environment.

- Previous experience in fencing installation or a similar construction-related role is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.

- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate light machinery or vehicles may be required, depending on the job site.
