We are currently seeking Front-of-House staff for: *Muse Restaurant: Renowned for its excellence and celebrated in the 2024 Good Food Guide. *The Provedore: Featuring a refreshed ambiance and a delicious menu of breakfast and lunch favourites. *Events: Join us for special occasions and seasonal celebrations, including weddings, corporate functions, and much more

Roles and Responsibilities: *Greet Guests: Welcome guests warmly, manage seating arrangements efficiently, and ensure a smooth dining experience. *Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and prompt service, creating memorable experiences for every guest. *Demonstrate Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in menu offerings, including daily specials and event-specific items. *Manage Orders: Accurately take and process orders, addressing special requests and dietary restrictions as needed. *Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure dining areas are clean and organized, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. *Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
