We are a multi-award-winning boutique resort, and we're looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team on a casual basis! Located in Silverwoods, the No.1 Golf & Lifestyle Resort on the Murray River near Lake Mulwala, The Sebel Yarrawonga is more than just a hotel; it’s an experience. Clients come to indulge their senses, and we need a talented Barista to elevate their experience with exceptional coffee service.

What will you be doing?
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages with precision and care.
• Ensure all coffee equipment is cleaned and maintained.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the café area.
• Assist with stock management, ensuring adequate supplies of coffee and ingredients.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• RSA Certification (preferred but not essential).
