What does a Hospitality Hero do?
As an experienced food and beverage attendant you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering exceptional 5-star service with a smile, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining areas.
• Being knowledgeable about our menu, local wines, and produce to make recommendations to guests.
• Setup and pack down dining areas before and after service.
• Build strong relationships with all guests.
• Act in accordance with SOPs and food, health and safety regulations.

What you can bring to our tables!
• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• RSA Certified
• A genuine love for hospitality and providing exceptional service to guests.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
• Ability to work well in a team, supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively to serve all our guests.
• Understanding of food safety procedures.
