Chef-Tourist Facility-Remote Northern Territory
We are seeking an experienced Chef for this busy tourist facility located in remote Northern Territory.
The role would suit an experienced Chef who is used to working in a fast paced venue.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A CURRENT FOOD SAFETY CERTIFICATE OR BE WILLING TO OBTAIN ONE
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST PACED VENUE HANDLING LARGE NUMBERS ON THEIR OWN
MUST BE VERY GOOD WITH STEAKS
This is a busy venue popular with tourists. 200+ covers on a busy shift.
This venue offers weary travellers a convenient one stop shop. They offer fuel, accommodation, licensed restaurant, bar, swimming pool, BBQ facilities etc
Heaps of hours and free accommodation is available. This is an ideal location to save heaps of money and work with an awesome team.
Immediate Start
Package:
$36.00 per hour - Flat Rate (EBA)
Six day week - rotating roster of days and nights
Free accommodation & Meals (own room - share bathroom)
Duties:
Prep & Cooking of pub style meals & short order cooking
Running of service (1 Cook/Chef on shift with assistance from kitchen hands)
Ordering of stock
Maintain a clean kitchen
Working various shifts either am or pm depending on roster
Other duties as required

Access via Darwin or Alice Springs
