Key Responsibilities:
Support Daily Operations: Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing all aspects of the Nanya Bistro operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory management and functions
Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate the bistro team, providing training and development opportunities to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards.
Customer Service: Ensure guests receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive until they leave. Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure menu items meet our standards.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions within the bistro, such as themed nights, wine tastings, and community events.
Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability. Help in preparing reports on sales, labor, and expenses.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests.
Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with local suppliers and community members to enhance the bistro's reputation and support local business.
