Housekeepiing & Customer Service

Coolendel is 130 acres of beautiful nature reserve surrounded by 2.5 kilometers of pristine river frontage. We offer guests Camping, Glamping & Cabin stays and adventure activities such as kayaking, hiking to cliff top lookout points, cycling our onsite mountain bike tracks, fishing & more. We are seeking a proactive individual to deliver a high level of customer focused service to our guest and provide them with an exceptional holiday experience. This role has a focus on sales , quality customer service & housekeeping. We require someone who is reliable with a proven ability to manage projects in a set time frame with limited supervision. The successful applicants will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries over the telephone, via email and at the front counter, as well as managing the booking of community facilities & housekeeping.

Coolendel Camp has a rich history of friends and families camping & creating memories on our 130 acres of stunning riverfront nature reserve.

Role requirements:
- Excellent and Enthusiastic phone manner along with verbal and written communication skills
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to build rapport with our customers
- High attention to detail and good administrative skills
- A demonstrated capacity to learn new product knowledge
- Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
- Housekeeping of onsite accommodations including glamping tents, cabins & Bunkhouse. Waste removal & Cleaning amenities
