Calling all highly motivated individuals! Are you an enthusiastic Team Resourcing Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity?
Join our dynamic Business and Executive Recruitment team in Sydney CBD! Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a crucial role with a proactive and flexible approach, attention to detail, autonomy, and team collaboration.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the sourcing of white-collar roles from junior to mid-management
- Conducting pre-employment checks, including references and police checks
- Managing weekly timesheets
- Meeting ad hoc team requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 12 months' experience in an administrative role within recruitment or HR
- Proficiency in MS Office skills
- Exceptional people skills supported by strong written and verbal communication
