Help With Renovations

Hey I'm looking for someone to exchange handyman type work in Exchange for accomadation. I live in a half renovated home that is in dire need of some work. The house has everything you could need and will only get better the longer you stay ) I'd be willing to exchange accomadation only for some part time work on the house. Or willing to discuss options for full time work. I'd like to be as fair as possible and ensure its an equal trade.
