A Bit Of Everything

I am looking for someone who is happy, relaxed and willing to do a few hours a day to help me with some household duties and some outdoor work. It's super easy and I live in Sydney's Northern Beaches in Ingleside NSW 2101. My own work is busy and I often don't have time to get a small farm ready for summer gardening and Airbnb which I am preparing so I just need someone to keep things running.

What i am expecting:
someone who is very independent who is used to live in a semi-rural environment (but still close to city)
There are buses to the city but it takes 1 hour to get there so ideally you would have a car but the buses are good.
The beach is only 20 minutes by bus ( five minutes by car). I go surfing early every morning or swimming at evenings and you are most welcome to join for a few waves!
Household duties: light cleaning, organising, cooking (mostly vegetarian), indoor painting, maybe some decorating..
Outdoor duties: cutting the grass (ride on lawn tractor) ,feeding one horse (super easy) and grooming her because loves attention, taking care of chickens, some painting and moving things around the property, gardening and sweeping.
If you are handy and can build or are willing to have a go then that is a definite plus.
I would like someone who can stay for at least a few weeks.

Food and accommodation in exchange for work. Sometimes there is extra cash if you can do additional work such as admin or become really helpful.
Accommodation is a very beautiful environment. My house is steps away from the Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park and is surrounded by nature.
Food (organic fruit and vegetable path outside)
Flexible Hours, you can start whenever you want while the work is being delivered
(I can't get second visa hours)

Summary- super easy job in nice environment, can do more work for extra cash depending on whats available from week to week.
