Role: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Farm and Café Attendant to assist with various tasks on our raspberry farm and the daily operation of our farm café. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, enjoys interacting with people, passionate about providing excellent customer service and is looking for flexible, seasonal work. Juniors welcome.

Responsibilities:
• Perform general cafe maintenance and cleanliness.
• Greet and serve customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to café standards.
• Assist with food preparation, including basic cooking and assembling dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Provide knowledgeable information about homemade produce and menu items.
Requirements:
• No prior experience required; training will be provided on the job.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and the ability to handle manual tasks.
• Reliable transportation to Bruny Island.
• Previous experience in a café or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
