Exciting Job opportunity working with Fraser Dingo 4wd Adventures
Fraser Dingo 4wd Adventure’s is a 4wd tagalong tour operator based in Hervey Bay (on the Fraser Coast) specialising in 4wd Adventures to K’gari Fraser Island. We’re all about Eco adventuring, professional customer service and love sharing our passion with our large variety of customers and our great team of employees. Live and work in the wonderful Hervey Bay, a great beach town with cafe’s, bars, and lots to do in the area.
Position: We are looking for a Assistant Manager to help manage our outgoing operations for our 4wd hire and Tagalong Tours (Includes but not limited to: overseeing a small team of staff, daily booking preparations, planning and preparing schedules, updating product information, liaising with industry partners, helping implement marketing strategies, social media etc).

The successful applicant needs to be an all rounder with the following skills:
Have demonstrated management experience
Experience in tourism with tertiary qualifications an advantage
Excellent on computers and web applications
Practical with the ability to help clean and organise equipment etc if needed.
Reliable and professional
Ability to work independently, but also work as a team.
Problem solving skills, with the ability to think on their feet and make appropriate decisions.
Attention to detail
Marketing experience, and the ability to plan and schedule marketing strategies, with experience using adobe suite or Canva.
Manual Drivers licence
This position is permanent full time
Hours: full time 38 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 7-3:30pm, Friday 7- 1pm
Early starts means you get afternoons free.
Position commencing the 2nd of September 2024 in Hervey Bay.
