Job Description
COOK
40-hour week (Tuesday to Saturday) - $30 per hour flat rate.
This is a one-person kitchen, and the position includes food preparation, cleaning and meal delivery to tables (unless busy and then staff will assist).
Kitchen currently runs from 11:30 am until 8pm - open all day. This can be negotiated to a split shift if preferred.
Menu is basic wholesome Hotel style with burgers, pizzas, rump, fish and Palmi. Additions are always welcomed and suggestions.
Stock ordering and meal costing is done for you, but willing to train.
The position can come with accommodation.
Laundry facilities are on site for free. All linen supplied. Daily shift meals supplied while working.
The Hotel is currently staffed by us (Paul and Cassie) and another on Tue/Thurs nights.
