Rubyvale Hotel is a busy Tourist Hotel in Central Highlands Queensland. We are looking for an experienced Chef or Cook to join our team. Short and longer terms available.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Pub style food offering high quality product. We are looking for staff that can handle our fast paced tourist season that is well under way.
The Gemfields is where 70% of the Worlds Sapphires come from and is a very interesting place. We are also within driving distance to many other bucket list holiday destinations.
We have cheap private accommodation with shared amenities within easy walking distance of the Hotel.

We trade 7 Days a week offering
Bistro, Bar , Bottleshop, Gaming and accommodation. Our busiest time of year is in the cooler months but we also have a strong local clientele and plenty passing through at all times of year.
