About the opportunity

Thomas Foods Meat Processing Plant is currently looking for full-time process workers at their facility in Murray Bridge, SA. These roles offer 40 hours per week with on the job training. Production runs from Monday to Friday (from 6AM) with additional overtime when available and paid in addition to the already attractive hourly rate. You must be comfortable handling meat product.

To be successful for this role, applicants must have the following:
Experience in the processing industry desirable but not essential.
Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Variety of entry level unskilled labouring tasks available.
Various trimming, boning tasks, slicing, slaughtering tasks.
Operation of various machinery ie. lidding machine, cryovac etc.


Skills & Experience:
Ability to perform work safely under limited supervision.
Ability to work in a team environment, as well as individually

Shortlisted applicants will be required to:
Complete Medical Examination - including Q fever vaccination, fitness, drug and alcohol testing.
