Click and Collect Store Attendant - Brisbane City Pop-Up -
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Click and Collect Store Attendant at our Brisbane City Pop-Up. This role involves assisting customers with their click and collect orders, providing excellent customer service, and offering knowledge about our products, including our delicious cakes and brownies. During quieter moments, you will also help with small packaging tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with click and collect orders.
Provide information about our products, including cakes and brownies.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Perform packaging and other light duties as needed.
Shift Details:
8:30 AM to 4:15 PM
Requirements:
A passion for customer service.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
