CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
We're preparing for Christmas now and looking to onboard another skilled customer service all rounder for our commercial kitchen located at Hemmant 4174.

The role involves talking with customers, order sorting and picking and packing orders, general assistance in sales marketing and the kitchen environment.

The position is Casual, Mon - Friday with generally the hours of approximately 35 - 38 hours per week although this may vary. We have work until Christmas and will work with the successful candidate to go beyond if it is suitable for both parties.

You will require the following skills:
- Ability to operate a computer with general knowledge of emails, word etc.
- Confidence to answer phones and provide customers with answers to questions
- Great organisation so that you can organise orders and courier companies as required
- Work in a team contributing positive attitude
- Have empathy for a small business environment
- Communicate with corporate customers.
- Ability to assist with general business duties as required.
