We are currently recruiting hospitality professionals to fill roles for the season at two venues in Nelson Bay.
Must be reliable, able to find your feet quickly and be prepared to sign up for a 5-6 month stint with us.
Hourly rate depends on experience, but always over award.

A 6 month commitment is sought for these roles.

About you:
Cocktail Bar
You are …… well presented, reliable and honest. Accustomed to working fast and with accuracy, able to develop a good rapport with customers and deliver great service.
2+ Years experience with cocktail making
Excellent English.. if you have a bit of Italian that would be great!
RSA essential.

Front of House
You are …. friendly, well presented, outgoing, can think on your feet, and are ready to work.
2+ years floor experience necessary.
POS, order taking, must be able to carry three plates and be able to jump in and work a section.
RSA essential.

Anyone out there with supervisory or management experience in casual fine dining environments is encouraged to apply. Sponsorship is possible for hospitality professionals wishing to reside here.
