Job Description
Kembali Cafe is looking for a chef or experienced cook to join our talented team from mid September 2024 to April 2025.
We are famous for serving Indonesian and asian inspired food with a fresh, modern twist. We open for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week and 2-3 nights for dinner during the warmer months.
Located in the relaxed beachside town of Blueys Beach, Mid North Coast, NSW. We are surrounded by some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, which attracts surfers and travellers from far and wide.
The role includes:
Preparing and cooking meals
Ensuring high quality dishes at all times
Managing food storage
Ordering
Cleaning Kitchen and maintaining food safety program
Essential:
Qualified Chef OR minimum 2 years cooking experience
Passion for food
Excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment
Calm under pressure (We get extremely busy during holiday times)
Will need your own car and drivers licence as there is limited public transport locally
