Farm Hand

Seeking an experienced farm hand for our family-owned business to help with day-to-day duties centred around all aspects of crop production. This would include operating and maintaining current model seeders, boom sprays, harvesters and spreading machinery, as well as grain storage facilities. We are looking for someone who is able to work autonomously and is eager to develop their skills.

Accommodation is on offer to the successful candidate, along with a generous salary package dependent on experience. There will also be a work ute with fuel available for work purposes.

Day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:
● Operation and maintenance of farm machinery.
● General farm and property maintenance – fencing and weed control.
● Involvement in any on-farm improvements.


To succeed in this role, the following skills and prior experience are necessary:

Fluent in speaking and understanding English
Mechanically minded
Great communication skills
High attention to detail with high follow-through
Follow all WH&S practices
Sound understanding of all general farm maintenance and procedures
Supply 2 References
