Job Description
HandyMan/Builder/Labourer Type of skilled person needed for various jobs in return for min 6 months of free accommodation in a furnished 1 bedroom waterfront shack including internet.
We live several hours away from our holiday shack and would like to turn it into an air bnb, but lack the skills and time to finish renovations. Part of our projects we half completed before moving included converting it from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom.
Jobs on our wish list include;
- Installing a Door
- Installing a window
- Building an internal wall to separate one big room (converting it from a 1 bedroom shack to a 2 bedroom, we half completed this)
- Potentially some tiling
- Skirting boards
- Ceiling Cornices
- Gardening/Weeding
- Fence building
- Plastering
- Painting
- Upgrading shower to a shallow tub
