Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team. As a key part of our hospitality staff, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, ensuring their experience is exceptional from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ensure the front of house area is clean, organised, and welcoming
Serving of all beverages and food service under the direction of the food and beverage manager
Strong understanding of the menu and details about specific items to be able to describe this to members.
Following procedures and completing service checklists
Coordinate with other staff to ensure seamless service
