Must stay min of 4 months. Pay $350 per week, if you stay 6 months I will pay you a bonus of $1000, if you stay 12 months I will pay another $2000 bonus
( this is for continuity for the children)

I am are looking for an older sister role model someone mature minded to live with us in our home in Highett, close to the city and the beach. 
Walking distance to the train station, all the main shops, restaurants, bars and large shopping centre. We’re a fun family of four including three little girls, mum, and a little cavoodle Teddy.


As a busy working mum sharing co parenting responsibilities with their dad I need support with the morning routines Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 
I need your support for the afternoon routines, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday , and Friday. 
I am home for bedtime and enjoy doing it. The only nights I am not home are Thursday night after bed and Wednesday night. 
I ask for help with occasional dinner prep, and the flexibility for me to step out for an early morning workout / walk or whether it’s for a business meeting in the evening ( Wednesday and Thursday) 
Saturday morning if you can take the kids to an activity till midday so I can get some work done. 
Than every second Saturday night they go to their dads house.


In return, you’ll be

Your role involves:
Getting the girls ready for school 3 days a week, doing the school drop off 
School occasional school pick up 3 days per week. 

Making afternoon tea on the days the children are home. Doing the children’s laundry and keeping their room clean. 
Homework with the girls ( older two) 
Packing lunch boxes) 
1 hour of light house work daily ( vac, helping with dishes) ***
A driver’s license is essential ***
and loads of patience is key when working with our lovely children. You must also know how to hold firm boundaries.
