Job Ad: Recruitment Assistant and Appointment Setter - Junior Recruiter (Traineeship)

Start: 20th July
Location: 100% remote
Hours: 15 hours/week
Pay: Commission based (>$500/week)

Your Job:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
Schedule interviews
Build and maintain relationships with candidates
Manage and update the candidate database using CRM systems
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
Assist in creating and posting job ads
Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction

YOU:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Highly organised and proactive
Hard-working, fast learner with a can-do attitude
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Confident on the phone and with a friendly demeanour
Recruitment or call centre experience (a plus)
Experience in the Aupair/Nanny Childcare industries (a plus)
