Volunteer - Eco-endeavour (coffee, Opportunity Shop And Live N Learn Co-op)

If you are looking for accommodation for 6 months, you may be able to live at the premises very cheap or even free depending on how much time you have to help out.

nLIVE is a next generation model Cafe and Opportunity Shop in the making.

The endeavour is based on the mission of returning to sustainability - Particularly in homes, small businesses and the community.

I am seeking volunteers for operations:
Hospitality (Food Handling, Barista, Chef)
Retail Sales (especially 2nd hand)
Repair Cafe (Waste reclamation, repair, refurbishment and restoration)

This opportunity may suit people that have a passion for sustainability; seeking to build or share skills, or want to do something meaningful with their time.

You can provide as much or as little help as you like, so long as anything agreed to is regular and usually done on-time. If you are interested but don't have the skills training may be available on-site by schedule.

Additional project-based skills and help is also sought such as:

NDIS support workers (we providing social activities, training and micro business incubation)
Building & repairs (Painting, roofing, shower, shelving etc)
Marketing & social influencers
People with tech skills (all sorts)
Researchers, policy/doc writers and grants
Finances & accounting
^Much of this work is achievable as easily anywhere around the world.

I am delighted that Glen Eira council are providing re-usable WANGIM cups to cafe's across Glen Eira; And thanks to Monash University, our labelling and check-out system https://ecotainer.app/ is making re-usable containers easier for any hospitality business around the world.

At the time of writing there may be an opportunity to be living at Glen Huntly participating in the mission as a care-taker (terms and conditions apply - see our Facebook: www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/920332735880406). Depending on your skills, the time you can commit and if you are happy with a shared room, free or reduced price lodging may apply.
This may especially suit people that are new to Australia, or seeking a good experience for their first time out of home, or seeking real-life experience to enter or re-enter the workforce.

The complete model of the business is intended to be conveniently followable internationally for any Opportunity Shop or Cafe; and the technology platforms to be able to make that feasible are already in development (Thanks again to Monash for Clockwork RMS https://clockworkscheduling.com/).
