Job Description
The Sales & Customer Service team specialise in providing expert travel (Day tours, Multi day tours and recently launched Campervan and Motorhome) advice for our customers in Australia, New Zealand and beyond. We’re product and destination experts and provide world class customer service to reflect our company values – that our customers are everything.
We’re currently amidst an exciting growth phase, so we’re looking for talented professionals to join us for the ride.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re seeking motivated and driven candidates who are looking to kick start their careers with one of the world's most innovative travel tech companies.
Our Travel Sales Specialists are responsible for:
• Selling and booking travel tours for enquiring customers via inbound calls & emails
• Converting warm leads generated from inbound calls, online enquiries & previous customers.
• Delivering first class customer service
• Meeting daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
• Delivering timely & accurate information
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
• A positive attitude, motivation and the drive to succeed
• A genuine passion for travel
• Strong ability to work to sales targets, have attention to detail & a commitment to quality
• A solution-oriented, positive & highly motivated approach
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Experience with tourism and customer service based software is preferred (Rezdy, Fareharbor, ResPax, Helio, Website Travel, HERO and Zendesk)
• Experience within the travel industry, however individuals with call centre or sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
