Inbound Sales Consultant - Phone Based Role

This is an inbound phone based sales role and on any given day, you’ll be speaking to people from all across Australia in many different walks of life to help them make an informed decision on their energy needs. Your job will be to build rapport with our potential customers, tailor a product or benefit to the individual and encourage them to make the switch over to Red and make sure that every customer you speak with wants to stay with us and wants to refer their friends and family.

Working on a rotating roster between 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays between 9:00am - 5:30pm (AEST) with a day off during that week.

What you will bring:
Ability to communicate with clarity and a friendly tone.
Capacity to maintain focus, stamina and optimism when dealing with objections.
Basic computer literacy and problem solving skills.
Healthy competitive drive and desire to achieve goals and targets.
