The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to help us build our new recruitment practice. This role is perfect for backpackers with 360 recruitment experience looking to take on a new challenge in Australia. You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest companies in Australia and further develop your recruitment, consulting, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

-End-to-end recruitment (360 recruitment)
-Develop new business opportunities through business development and networking strategies, including cold calling, warm calling and attending events
-Create and implement strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
-Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
-Stay updated with marketplace developments to inform candidates and serve clients
-Source candidates through telephone screening, marketing strategies, and internal interviews
-Deliver time-sensitive requirements with speed and accuracy
-Attend regular face-to-face meetings with clients and candidates at networking events

The Ideal Candidate:

-Proven success in 360 recruitment
-Enjoys sales and is not afraid to pick up the phone
-Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment
-Can work independently and as part of a team
-Enjoys setting and exceeding goals/targets
-Resilient and computer literate (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
-Experience in IT or Project Management will be well regarded
