Each year we recruit around 1500 people to join us for the harvest season. We operate a storage and handling network where growers deliver grain into one of our 55 sites, which we store and move to international and domestic markets on their behalf.
A harvest job with Viterra is ideal for those looking to explore regional South Australia (SA) or fund their travels. With the majority of our sites are located in regional SA, you can spend your free time travelling around and making the most of the beautiful local areas with a huge range of experiences on offer – all while making earning money!
Most of our harvest jobs are available from approximately October 2024 to January 2025, subject to site location and harvest. There are opportunities to stay on further into the year, or to move sites and ‘travel with the harvest’. Training may be provided before October, depending on your role, start date and location.
