Insight is a leading fundraising agency in Australia with over 20 years of expertise, dedicated to advancing non-profit organisations such as RSPCA, Meals on Wheels, Heart Research Institute, Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation & KidsWish.

About You:
Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual? Join our exceptional sales team to raise funds for deserving charities by selling raffle tickets over the phone. We seek self-motivated, outgoing and engaging communicators.

Role Requirements:
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Sales experience in cold/warm calling preferred
KPI-driven
• Fluent English speaker
• Competent typing and computer skills
• Minimum 24 hours rostered (min. 3 shifts) per week.
• Resilient, positive attitude, self-motivated, enthusiastic
• Must reside in Sydney and be able to travel to our Surry Hills office
• Be able to complete 2-week paid training schedule (Mon-Fri, 9:30am – 4:00pm)

Your Role:
• Receive comprehensive training and support for cold and warm calling on behalf of charities.
• Fundraise by building rapport and customizing each pitch to suit the needs of supporters.
• Empower supporters to make a difference by purchasing raffle tickets.
• Achieve performance KPIs.
• Implement feedback from coaching and sales development.
• Daily team briefings and regular one-on-one matchups.
