Barista / All Rounder

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Barista/ All Rounder to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Job Description:

As a Barista/Roll Rounder, Your responsibilities will include:

Barista Duties:

Crafting high-quality espresso beverages with precision and flair
Operating and maintaining coffee machines and grinders
Engaging with customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations
Ensuring the coffee bar is clean, organized, and well-stocked

Roll Rounder Duties:
Preparing and assembling a variety of fresh, delicious rolls and sandwiches
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Requirements:

Proven experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Ability to create latte art is a plus
Experience in food preparation, particularly in making rolls and sandwiches
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
