Main Responsibilities:

Open, track, and close Orders, ensuring accurate recording of workshop hours
Generate workshop purchase orders and input invoices into the database
Handle all administrative tasks
Support day to day running of the business, including attending meetings, taking minutes, answering phones, taking messages, and managing filing systems
Maintain precise and efficient data entry and record-keeping
Required Skills and Experience:

Proficiency with computer systems, particularly databases and spreadsheets
Previous experience in administrative roles within a workshop or mechanical servicing environment (preferred but not essential, as training will be provided)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to stay focused and multi-task in a high-pressure, dynamic environment
Experience with electronic file management systems
Exceptional accuracy in data entry
Superior organisational and time management skills, capable of prioritising tasks under tight deadlines
