Job Description
ALL ROUNDERS REQUIRED:
Must be proficient in the following:
Housekeeping (60% of job involves housekeeping so must have heaps of experience in this role, so as to not disrupt current housekeeping staff routine)
Bar service
Kitchen Hand
Food Preperations
Knowlege of Commercial dishwasher, deep fryers, combi oven etc.
So looking to see on your resumes:
your previous experience in working in motel accommodation, or caravan park cabin accommodations.
Your previous experience working front of house, ie bar,
Your previous experience working in kitchen, so please list your skill levels, such as proficient in operating and cooking using deep fryer, grill plates, combi oven, plating dishes, food preperations (what have you prepped before)
If say you are proficient in all areas, and you dont, then please do not waste our time or yours, as we really need to have people with skills that can hit the ground running.
Job requires a start date of Friday.

It also has a fully licensed restaurant on site, swimming pool, camp kitchen and laundry facilities, all set on 32 acres of semi tropical plantings and large green open spaces.
