Join Our Team as a Solar D2D Lead Generator in Tamworth!

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar D2D lead generator to join our Tamworth team. If you are self-motivated, eager to make $$$, and able to work autonomously, this is an excellent opportunity for you. Join a successful company with the potential to move into a sales role in the future. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers after they make an enquiry.

It's simple: you'll be chatting with homeowners about the cost-saving benefits of a solar system and scheduling appointments for them with one of our Solar Specialists. This is a door-to-door sales position. Don’t judge it until you’ve tried it! You will discuss their needs and options, and if suitable, schedule a time for our sales representatives to present a proposal.

Responsibilities:

Play a pivotal role in setting up leads for our sales representatives.
Be the voice of the solar sales team and work directly with customers.
Conduct proactive outreach to both cold and warm prospects to generate interest in solar & battery services.
Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of customer needs.
Differentiate Solar Plant from other solar companies through rapport-based qualifying and education.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
Utilize CRM and other software tools to manage leads and book appointments.
Hit weekly and monthly KPIs.
Qualifications:

Successful candidates must have their own car and a valid driver's license
Work Holiday Visa holders, Permanent Residents, Australian Citizens only

Knowledge in CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
Proven track record of success in lead generation in the solar industry.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to overcome challenges.
