The role
In this unique role, no two days will be the same. As Operations Leader, you will work as part of the management team, ensuring the smooth day to day functioning of two busy hospitality venues. Located in outback WA, this exciting role does present some unique challenges, so being adaptable and flexible will be key to your success. You will be responsible for ordering stock for both venues and coordinating distribution between venues, maintaining beer systems, performing monthly stocktakes, minor maintenance tasks across both properties, co-ordinating with grounds staff to ensure both venues are always well presented and in a state of good repair, while also providing cover as Assistant Venue Manager at both food venues.

What we’re after…
We’re after a well rounded hospitality superstar who loves a challenge and getting amongst the action.
• At least 2 years in hospitality operations role essential, with multi-venue experience highly regarded
• Experience ordering and managing stock
• Duty or Assistant Manager experience in a busy bar or pub
• Great time management skills
• Flexibility to work with the business requirements
• Unrestricted WA Approved Managers
• Current WA RSA. 
• Forklift licence, or ability to obtain prior to commencement
• High level of fitness and ability to work in hot outdoor environments
• Although not essential, some basic trades skills as well as experience in a 4*star hotel, knowledge of PMS system such as Opera or Guestpoint is highly desirable
